Convention Planning has Begun
for the "Sunflower Serenade"

FIRST DRAFT OF THE COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS: THE COMMITTEE ASKS THAT EVERYONE REMAIN FLEXIBLE. SOME OF THE JOBS MAY NOT BE NEEDED DEPENDING UPON THE IC PRESIDENT'S AGENDA. THEREFORE EXPECT CHANGES TO OCCUR. MANY HAVE REQUESTED TO WORK WITHIN CHAPTERS WHICH WE TRIED TO ACCOMODATE, HOWEVER THIS MAY NOT ALWAYS BE POSSIBLE.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS HAVE BEEN ATTACHED SO THE INDIVIDUAL CAN GET AN IDEA OF WHAT THEIR DUTIES WILL ENTAIL. ONCE AGAIN PLEASE BE FLEXIBLE AS THESE DUTIES MAY ALSO BE ALTERED. REMEMBER WE ARE SUBJECT TO OUTSIDE FORCES WHICH WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WHEN PLANNING AND PREPARING THIS CONVENTION.

If you take a job please plan to attend the convention. If you take a position and something occurs to change your plans - please contact the Convention Chairman immediately so we can make the necessary adjustments. All Kansas delegates will need to register the same as you always would when attending an IC Convention.

We need to have the enthusiasm and support of our Kansas sisters. If you and/or your chapter would like to be involved in the IC Convention in 2011 please fill out this willing to serve form and submit it to Verneene Forssberg. We hope to involve all chapters in the state.
