ESA Service Corporation sells ESA to a newly formed ESA Membership Corporation

ESA has been sold to the membership of Epsilon Sigma Alpha, International. Mike Burns announced his retirement from ESA at the IC Convention in Chattanooga, Tennessee this past July. BJ Clark will be with ESA a while longer before she too will retire as the Executive Director of ESA. Burns and Clark have had a long history with ESA and will be missed by the membership.
