IT'S CONVENTION TIME IN HUTCHINSON!
"Seasons of Possibilities"
May 4, 5, 6, 2012
The 2012 Convention Committee is ready to roll out the red carpet for everyone in Hutchinson this May. It will be a convention to discover the "Seasons of Possibilities" under the leadership of our President, Marsha Barnes. There will be many new twists to the convention this year which will interest our members: Jewel Pin for our new members, BJ Clark ESA's Executive Director will speak, and much more. A new Sunday only registration is available for those that can not commit to a whole weekend so everyone can enjoy parts of the convention. We hope to see you this May. |

We will be staying at the Ramada Convention Center in Hutchinson, Kansas in Hutchinson, Kansas. Make your reservations early by calling 620.669.9211. There will be another group for a baseball tournament at the hotel this weekend so PLEASE make your reservations early! Don't put it off. HOTEL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY April 15, 2012 (GROUP CODE: Epsilon Sigma Alpha) 1400 North Lorraine Street, Hutchinson, Ks. 66501 - Rates: $72.00 Plus the hotel taxes for 1 to 4 people.
