Kansas State Council Membership Incentive Program

In November 2019 the Kansas State Council of ESA adopted a different membership incentive plan to take our membership program to new levels.   A Chapter  INCENTIVE PLAN to help our membership grow in Kansas is now in place.  This plan is a simplified version to meet our Council's needs.  It is based on the concept of M.O.R.E. and is a way for the Council to support the chapters in our state to engage in rush.

ESA CHAPTER SURVEY

It is essential that all of our membership take an active role in some way to build/retain
our membership!
LET'S MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MEMBERSHIP!

MORE for Kansas
Membership, Orientation, Retention and Enthusiasm
(A three year membership plan)

All the chapter has to do beginning June l, 2020 is compete the form letting the KSC know of their participation. Chapters will receive a $100 reward to be used for future retention and recruitment of members by meeting the following criteria during the ESA year.  Recognition will be received at State Convention by submitting the form.
1)  Hold a fall and spring rush event
2)  Chapter members take the Membership Survey. This survey is designed to find out what your members like/dislike/want to change or add to your chapter’s programming and direction. It’s a great way to start a dialogue and work on retention and keeping your members interested and happy.
3) Sign at least 1 new member

If your chapter meets these requirements send in an application to receive your chapter's
$100 from the Kansas Council.

The MORE plan will replace the Five Year Membership Plan on June 1, 2020.  If you have participated in that program the chapter will still receive the incentives that it has earned up to the June 1, 2020 date.  We want to simplify our membership goals and reward our chapters for their rush activities by transitioning into a simpler membership incentive plan.

Application for the chapter incentive.

This membership incentive plan will be evaluated each year.   It will be adapted and changed when and where necessary.  The state needs to have membership growth and that means we have more members coming in than are going out.
