VOTING OPPORTUNITIES
All chapters must be in good standing in order to be entitled to representation at the State Convention. This means: ALL DUES, both State, State Booster Fee, and International MUST be paid within 30 days prior to the annual meeting at the state convention.
It is very important that each Chapter President be responsible in submitting their signed Credentials Form.
The approved and signed form will give the chapter voting power for state officers, eligibility to enter contests or submit materials for awards in conjunction with the annual convention, allow proposed amendments to the state constitution and bylaws, submit bids for the state convention and allow nomination of a candidate for state office.
